Flossy and Bluebelle are so excited about this opportunity to be seen by people all over the world. This is Bluebelle's first time to be featured, and Flossy's second. Last year Flossy was preparing for a picnic, and this year she and Bluebelle finally get to eat some cake--yay! Here's last year's calendar for comparison:

Do you have a fun weekend planned? I hope it's not too hot or too cold where you are. Tomorrow our temperatures are supposed to get back in the comfortable range (mid-80s F). I'm doing a little happy dance just thinking about it! Plus my guinea pig, Rufus, looks like he's feeling a lot better this morning. That's a huge relief, after several rounds of antibiotics did a number on his gastrointestinal tract. I'm looking forward to our next visit. Until then, keep it fun! xoxo Jennifer

Hi Jennifer and Congratulations! What a cheerful picture. Your scenes always makes me happy. Now I love to look at them because I've got a sad news... We have extremely hot weather. About 30 C. Yesterday it was storming and thundering. But I enjoy the summer. And life too. Hugs!

Our weather has returned to the 80's as well with lower humidity, but I think there is rain on the way this week. I am not complaining..everything is green and pretty :-) I'm glad to hear that Rufus is feeling better.

These designers really have taste - congrats on being featured once more with one of your gorgeous scenes. And in a way this makes sense - last year preparing for the picknic, this year enjoying the picnic... what will be next year? Hmmm... maybe taking a sunbath after the picnic... ;O) Good to hear Rufus is getting better and that you can recover from the heatwave. I wish I could too...

Congratulations on the calendar feature photo!!! Great picture with Flossy and Bluebelle! I am sorry to hear about Rufus! I hope he recovers fully and won't be sick anymore! It's been cooler the last few days thanks to some rain so I was glad. Feeling better too because of that and I hope you'll have cooler temperature for the upcoming week!
