Bear Cabin!

Finally, Sophie the bear really has a home of her own. Flossy the bunny kindly let her stay at Cupcake Cottage as long as she liked, but Sophie really wanted her own place where she could express her own personality. Not to say anything disrespectful about Flossy, but her place was just too "girly" for Sophie. :-)

Now that she's in her own home, she has prepared a delicious banana pancake feast for herself and her dog, Luna:

Gorgeous banana pancake set by Kim Saulter.

It looks so yummy, but where's Sophie? She's not by the stove:

Where is she, then? Oh, dear! All that cooking has exhausted Sophie, and she and Luna are taking a much-needed rest. The pancakes will have to wait!

Welcome to my new followers. I hope you enjoy your stay here. Don't forget the mini desserts giveaway with gorgeous cakes and pie by Kim Saulter. You can still enter it on the giveaway post. Thank you to everyone for your visits and your sweet comments. Until next time, keep it fun! xo Jennifer

  3. A lovely little home! Yes, moving house is tiring. Not so sure about the potty under the bed in the kitchen :-) I suppose it's different in a bear's world... :-D

  8. Congratulations to Sophie for her sweet new home. She got tired and took a rest leaving a beautiful pancake preparation table for us to enjoy looking at.

  9. Sophie is a girl after my own heart, I like to lay down too after all that cooking (I'll share a little tip with Sophie..burn or over cook everything as much as you can that way no one will want you to cook and you can always go out to eat)

    Hugs
    Marisa

PS. keep a fire ext. handy ..you dont want things to get too out of hand where you have to remodel the place.

  18. Congrats to Sophie for her lovely, cozy new home. I've asked my fluttery expert and he said this cabin would be just perfect for a bear... only in his opinion it would lack of strawberries... *sigh* Hope we will see more of Sophie's beautiful home soon - but first she shall rest and recover... and enjoy the delicious pancakes. Even Fluby says he wouldn't say no to them - although they're made with banana and not... well, you know the pattern... *deepsigh* ;O)

Thank you for visits to my blog :) I make up the shape for miniature dresses as I sew, I find it easier and I get better results than working with patterns. I hope you'll show your miniature clothes soon!
